Breath & Meditation Circle
Come and try breathing techniques and meditation exercises designed for releasing stress, managing anxiety, combat depression and connecting with the 'calm' inside you. Session time is 10 am to 11am. You are invited to bring a plate and stay for a cuppa afterwards. Fee: Donation towards facility hire. Dates: First Friday of each month at the same time.
